At Aurosa, we strive for a smooth and transparent return process. Below, you will find all the details on how to request a return, exchange, or refund, including specific circumstances and timelines.

Return Policy: 30 Days

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories and manuals must be included.
  • A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Exceptions: Gift cards and gift wrapping cannot be returned.
  • Aurosa accepts returns for defective and non-defective products
  • Aurosa accepts exchanges
  • There are no re-stocking fee's involved
  • Customer is responsible for the returnlabel by post

How to Request a Return or Refund?

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@getaurosa.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The products you wish to return or exchange
    • The reason for the return or exchange (e.g., wrong product, defect, change of mind)
  2. Receive Approval: Our customer service will send you detailed return instructions and the correct return address within 2 business days. Note: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Product: Carefully package the product in the original packaging and use a reliable shipping method. Share the tracking code with our customer service via email.

Important Notes:

  • Do not use the sender's address on the package as the return address. Returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  • Returns that do not meet the conditions (e.g., damaged or incomplete) will not be processed.
  • No restocking fee

Refunds

Once your package is received and inspected within 15 days, we will refund the returned products via the payment method you used for the purchase.

Specific Circumstances

Wrong Product Delivered:

  1. Contact us immediately at support@getaurosa.com and provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Send clear photos of the wrong product, including a photo of the shipping label.
  3. Upon confirmation, we will send a replacement product free of charge and reimburse the return costs.

Defective Product:

If your product is defective, report this within the warranty period (the warranty duration is stated on your proof of purchase). Email support@getaurosa.com with your order number, clear photos of the defect, and a brief description of the issue. We offer replacement, repair, or a refund depending on the situation.

Damage During Transit:

Report damage within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Costs and Responsibilities
